These Conditions shall apply in place of and prevail over any terms or conditions (whether or not in conflict or inconsistent with these Conditions) contained or referred to in any documentation submitted by the Participant or in correspondence or elsewhere or implied by trade custom, practice or course of dealing. A variation of these Conditions is only valid if the Event Organiser gives notice to the Participant in writing in any official Event material or correspondence prior to the Event (including via email), The Participant shall be deemed to have accepted these Conditions upon completion of the Entry Form.

  • The participant agrees that he/she is physically capable of competing in the event and agrees to be solely responsible for his/her actions and the event organizer, its employees, associated companies, sponsor and medical advisers are not responsible for any injury or illness that the participant may suffer as a result of his/her participation in the event (unless caused due to the negligence of the event organizer).

  • Participation in the Panda Virtual Run (PVR21) is subject to the Rules and Regulation of the Virtual Run as sanctioned by Organiser (“Rules and Regulations”), and these Virtual Run Terms and Conditions (collectively “T&Cs”). These Virtual Run Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

  • All participants have to be 18 years old and above at the time of registration. All participants below the age of 18 years are required to seek parental/guardian consent to participate in the race. Relevant indemnity and declaration fields must be completed at the point of registration – failing which, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse registration to the participant or to nullify the participant’s race entry without notice.

  • The participant agrees to abide by all applicable rules and regulations of the relevant sporting bodies that oversee the running event. The participant shall not be entitled to a refund of the ENTRY FEES if he or she disqualified from the event as a result of an infringement of these conditions or any such rules and regulations.

  • Participants take part solely at their own risk and the Organiser, Sponsors and Affiliates will not be responsible or held liable for any injury, damage, death or other loss howsoever arising from training for, before, during, or after participation in the Event.

  • The Organiser reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these Rules and Regulations and the Privacy Policy from time to time as they deem fit. If there is ambiguity in any of the provisions, the Organiser shall be the authority to interpret and in doing so, the Organiser will take into account the interests of all the affected Participants. It is the responsibility of the affected Participant to keep abreast of any changes.


  • Registration is only confirmed upon successful payment and issuance of a confirmation email. All race registrations are strictly not transferable.

  • The Virtual Run registration fee is strictly non-refundable and any changes to categories are not allowed. All sales are final and no refunds will be entertained.

  • The event organizer will not be held any liable for any additional interest or fees charged by the participant’s bank or credit card during the registration.



  • Running will start on 1st January and end on 31st January 2021 and the result will only be available during running duration. All the results must be submitted to the organiser after finishing the run.

  • *For competitive running (single run submission): RUN DATE, ELAPSED TIME, MOVING TIME, DISTANCE, and STEP COUNT (CADENCE).

  • *For non-competitive running (accumulated run submissions): RUN DATE, ELAPSED TIME, MOVING TIME, and DISTANCE.

  • There will be prizes for competitive running.


  • Entries are strictly non-transferable and entry fees are non-refundable.

  • No participant shall be entitled to change the event category further to submitting the for entry.

  • The event organizer reserves the right to change the date of the event. Should a change of date be made on the revised date, he/she has three weeks to inform the event organizer in writing from when the change in date is announced to receive a refund of their entry fee. The participant acknowledges that participant places are limited and payment of the entry fee and reservation of the place has an effect on logistics and the subscription for the event.

  • Participant cannot change their shirt size and category participation.  Please check sizing chart and category before making the payments. Organizer will not responsible for any wrong size and wrong category.


  • Notwithstanding anything in these Conditions the Event Organiser shall not be liable to the Participant for any liability in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss of business, revenue or profits, anticipated savings or wasted expenditure, loss or damage of or to personal equipment belonging to the Participant or any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (notwithstanding that such loss was within the contemplation of the parties at the date of submitting the Entry Form) arising out of the Participant taking part in the Event or any other matter arising under these Conditions nor for an aggregate amount greater than the Entry Fee paid by the Participant. Without limiting the foregoing, the Event Organiser will not be liable for any actions of any spectators or other third parties unless otherwise set out herein.

  • Accordingly the Participant hereby expressly and irrevocably renounces, for him/herself, heirs and successors in title the right to any recourse or claims whatsoever against the Event Organiser, its officers, employees, suppliers and/or sponsors and/or persons for whom it is answerable (the “Associated Parties”) as a result of any kind of physical, mental or other loss or damage of whatsoever nature (including any loss of earnings, profits, or pain and suffering) suffered by the Participant, directly or indirectly, or by his/her family or by any dependents and caused by an event in any way relating to the Participant s participation in Event, and the Participant hereby undertakes, for him/herself, heirs and successors in title to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organiser, and the Associated Parties for any costs and/or amount which they or any of them may be required to pay as a result of any recourse or claim aforesaid by whomsoever made. The Participant also agrees to indemnify the Event Organiser and the Associated Parties for any claim, actions, liabilities or losses resulting from any breach of the Participant s declarations above and/or the Participant s negligent acts or omissions and/or wilful misconduct.

  • Nothing in these Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of the Event Organiser.



  • If a Participant thinks he/she will rank in the top 3, he/she must run with a secondary wearable device (GPS watch) as he/she will be asked to provide proof of performance (heart rate, cadence and splits). The top 3 individual category finishers (male and female) for all distances and category will need to submit additional records for verification by uploading the screenshot files of their heart rate, cadence, elapsed time and splits by 11.59 pm, 31ST January 2021. Failure to do so may result in automatic disqualification. The Organiser reserves the right to reject verification of any file if the file is found to be altered in any way or if there is any question regarding the authenticity of the file.


  • Winners will be declared for the 21KM and 10KM, Men and Women categories.

  • Winners will be decided based on the fastest moving time.

  • In the event that there are two or more submissions with the same moving time, the first submission tracked by our system will be declared the winner.

  • Organizer will contact the winners.

  • For lucky draw prizes, all items will be post to the winners. *PS5 will be given when stock arrive.
